Step 1:

Step 2:
For the cream, take condensed milk and butter, if desired, you can add more sour cream, then the cream will turn out more tender and less sweet. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is soft. It will be delicious to make a cream with condensed milk, to which cocoa is added. Or add it yourself if you like the chocolate taste.
Step 3:
Put butter in a deep bowl, add condensed milk and half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Step 4:
With a mixer, whisk the ingredients until a homogeneous and fluffy light mass is obtained.
Step 5:
Wash the walnuts, dry them in a microwave oven or in a dry frying pan on the stove and chop them into crumbs using a rolling pin or blender. Pour the chopped walnuts into a bowl with cream and mix thoroughly.
Step 6:
In a bowl with cream, pour the sand crumbs and mix so that all the cookie dough is combined with the cream.
Step 7:
Place the prepared mass of cookies and cream in the form of a slide on a flat plate or other dish. On top, if desired, you can decorate the cake with grated milk chocolate.
