Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To make cottage cheese cream, mash the cottage cheese with a fork. If it is too dry, then add a little milk or cream to make it soft and moist. Or take the mashed cottage cheese right away.
Step 2:
Separately, whisk the cream with powdered sugar into a fluffy, stable cream. The cream should be fat enough, at least 33%, otherwise they will not rise.
Step 3:
Whisk whipped cream with cottage cheese.
Step 4:
To assemble the cake, pour milk into a cup and prepare cookies.
Step 5:
Cover the dishes for assembling the cake with cling film. Dip each cookie in milk and put it on the bottom of the mold. Then lay out an even layer of cottage cheese cream. Repeat all the layers in the same sequence until you run out of cream and cookies.
Step 6:
Cover the whole cake with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours so that everything is well soaked and the cake freezes. It is most convenient to do this at night.
Step 7:
Remove the frozen cake from the mold using a film. Remove the film from it. If necessary, trim the top and sides so that the cake becomes even. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle the cake on all sides.
Step 8:
Decorate to your liking. Have a nice tea party!
If you don't have an oven or don't want to stand at the stove, or you just don't know how to cook, but you want something delicious, after all... cakes without baking will always come to the rescue in such a situation. Such a cake can be made, for example, from cookies. The cream can also be quite diverse, but one of the most delicious and, in my opinion, useful is cottage cheese. Such a cake can be successfully offered to children. No doubt they will like him very much. The main taste of the cake determines the taste of cookies, so choose what you like best. It can be either light or chocolate. And the finished cake can be sprinkled with ground nuts or poured with melted chocolate.
