Cooking method
Pre-soak the beans overnight. In the morning, cook them together with half of the Italian pepper and bay leaf until tender. At the end of cooking, remove the pepper and drain the broth into a separate bowl.
Mix all the marinade ingredients and leave for an hour. Remove the bone from the ham and trim the meat from it, remove unnecessary fat. All the pulp is cut into 4 large, but thin layers. Pork is filled with marinade and left for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Fry onion, chopped Italian pepper, oregano and crushed garlic in oil until soft. We also add beans, rice and decoction from beans. The dish should be brought to a boil, add salt and cook over low heat until the rice is ready. Brown the garlic and add it to the rice, season with vinegar.
In the center of each layer of meat we spread beans and rice, almost the entire layer. The edges of the meat are wrapped and folded with an envelope, we fix the meat with a thread. We put the pork on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 170C until we get the baked pork ham in pieces
