There are a lot of culinary recipes for cooking such a popular food as pancakes. I will present you another such recipe - pancakes with fresh berries in Danish. This dish is equally good for breakfast and just as a dessert. Raspberries and blackberries are indicated in this recipe, but other types of berries can also be used. There is complete freedom of creativity.
In a bowl or plate, mix eggs, lemon zest, salt and sugar. Let's beat this mixture. Then add flour there and pour milk. Next, add one glass of berries.
Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees.
Now we need a small frying pan. First, heat the butter in it so that it melts and spreads over the pan. Then pour the dough into it and put the pan in the oven. When the dough becomes ruddy and golden, take out the pan and sprinkle the pancake with fresh berries and powdered sugar. We do this procedure with the remaining test, as long as it is enough.
When all the pancakes are baked, they can be served on the table.
