I present to your attention an unusual dish that can serve as both an appetizer and a main course. The culinary recipe for spicy lamb with dill and spinach came from Greece, where there is always a very original and delicious food. This dish will greatly decorate and diversify the festive table.
Prepare the dressing for the meat. Mix in a bowl or a large plate: finely chopped garlic, oregano, cloves, cinnamon, black and allspice, salt and pour olive oil. Mix the dressing thoroughly.
Cut the lamb into portions and lightly beat it off.
In a bowl with dressing, roll the pieces of meat and send them to roast on the grill.
While the lamb is frying, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the spinach for 3-5 minutes until it wilts. Then add dill, yogurt and lemon juice to the spinach. Stirring, bring the roast to a very hot state, but not to a boil, and then add salt and pepper.
When the lamb is fried, you can serve it with the sauce to the table. Spicy lamb with dill and spinach is ready. Enjoy your meal.
