Since the meat needs to be pre-marinated, let's start with the marinade. Mix red wine with water and garlic, add chili pepper, white pepper and salt. Now we will put the beef steaks in a convenient container and pour the marinade so that it covers the steaks. Leave it for 1 hour. Preheat the frying pan and fry the steaks on each side for 2 minutes and put them on a separate plate. Please note that we fry without oil.
Heat the frying pan again and now pour in the oil and fry the steaks again on each side for 2 minutes. Leave the steaks in the pan, pour in the marinade and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Put the finished dish on plates, serve hot, and do not forget a glass of dry red wine!
