Start with the batter. Crack 3 eggs into a large bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and whisk until the eggs are smooth and the whites are fully broken up.

To make the filling, put 500 grams (about 2 cups) of fresh 5% cottage cheese in a deep bowl and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Add 150 to 200 grams of sour cream, then blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.

Stir in 100 grams (about 2/3 cup) of raisins that have been rinsed well and patted dry. Mix everything together and the filling is ready.
