Cooking method
1. Put the egg yolks in a deep container, add salt and rub well with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
2. Next, beat with a mixer, gradually, a little at a time, adding 1 cup of oil.
3. Now add the juice squeezed out of the lemon and mix.
4. Then beat again with a mixer, gradually adding the remaining oil.
5. Pass garlic through a garlic press and add to the resulting mass. You can do without it. Add mustard to taste. Mix the homemade mayonnaise well and cool.
