A fantastic mini pizza and a great omelet in 5 minutes! A wonderful quick-breakfast recipe — an omelet and a closed pizza made in a multi-baker with interchangeable plates. It's sure to win people over and pleasantly surprise them with how good it tastes.
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Gather the ingredients for a hearty closed pizza and a delicious omelet baked inside bread.
-
Step 2:
For the omelet, cut the soft crumb out of a slice of bread to make a hollow shell.
-
Step 3:
Crumble the cut-out bread into a bowl to start the filling.
-
Step 4:
Finely chop the hard cheese and add it to the bowl.
-
Step 5:
Cut the sausage into small pieces and add it to the bowl as well.
-
Step 6:
Add the finely chopped herbs to the bowl.
-
Step 7:
Crack one egg into the bowl too.
-
Step 8:
Mix everything together well with a fork.
-
Step 9:
Lightly oil the nonstick plate of your multi-baker and turn it on.
-
Step 10:
Set the hollowed-out bread shell on the greased plate, fill it with the mixture, spread it evenly, and close the appliance.
-
Step 11:
Cook the omelet for exactly two minutes, then switch the appliance off.
-
Step 12:
Move the quick, medium-cooked omelet (adjust the doneness to taste) to a plate and serve it up for breakfast.
-
Step 13:
Swap in the plates for making the closed pizza.
-
Step 14:
Lightly oil the plates.
-
Step 15:
Get your bread slices ready; spread tomato sauce on two of them, brushing it on evenly.
-
Step 16:
Spread mayonnaise on the other two slices, again brushing it evenly.
-
Step 17:
On the tomato-sauce slices, add a little onion cut into half-moons, the chopped sausage, a bit of tomato and bell pepper, and top with pieces of hard cheese.
-
Step 18:
Cap each one with a mayonnaise-spread slice, place them on the hot plate, close the appliance, and cook for exactly three minutes — then don't forget to turn it off.
-
Step 19:
Put the two finished closed mini-pizzas on a plate, cut each in half, and serve for breakfast.
-
Step 20:
Let's cook together, keep it simple, and make the tastiest dishes at home from everyday ingredients. Enjoy, everyone!
