Step-by-step cooking
I don't know where the name of the salad came from – Alyonka, maybe Alyonka came up with it, that's why they called it that, well, then special thanks to her. I liked this salad with the ease of preparation and the fact that in winter I want fresh summer salads so much, and the cucumbers and parsley greens present in the salad just fill this need.
Boil the eggs in advance and cool.
Peel the champignons, cut into cubes. Onions are also cleaned and sliced.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry the onion, add the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes until the mushrooms are ready. Then drain the oil and leave the mushrooms and onions to cool.
Cut the crab sticks into strips.
Cut the eggs into cubes.
Wash the parsley, chop.
Fresh cucumbers also rinse, peel and cut into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients, add mayonnaise and mix. Try the salad, do you need salt, if so, add salt. Put the Alenka salad on a platter.
Bon appetit!
