Cooking method
Beat the egg with sugar, salt and sunflower oil.
Step 2 Pour kefir and add soda. Mix it up. Add flour and beat with a mixer. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes. The dough turns out thick.
Step 3 Cut the boiled chicken breast into small cubes, chop the onion, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Step 4 Heat the frying pan (if desired, lubricate with oil). Pour a ladle of dough, distribute it evenly, put 1 tbsp of filling.
Step 5 On top of some more dough. Fry pancakes on both sides covering the pan with a lid.
Step 6 Serve pancakes with chicken baked hot with sour cream.
