Cooking method
1. My beef, cut into thin strips, fry in vegetable oil until the meat becomes soft.
2. Onions and carrots are cleaned, washed, cut into strips, in the same way we cut green onions. We put all the vegetables in the meat, fry for a couple of minutes, add ginger.
3. We cook the funchosa according to the instructions on the package, spread it with meat and vegetables, pour soy sauce, mix.
4. Keep on fire for literally 1-2 minutes so that the ingredients all warm up together.
Serve on the table sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnished with coriander greens if desired.
