Cooking method
1. Beat the eggs with syrup (if desired, you can use any other natural sugar substitute)
2. Add the yogurt, mix thoroughly
3. Melt the coconut oil, pour it into the eggs and mix
4. Add baking powder, salt and coconut flour
5. Leave the dough for a minute so that the coconut flour absorbs the liquid
6. Preheat the frying pan, smear a little coconut oil and turn down the heat so that the stove works at 50% of its capacity
7. Bake small pancakes
8. Pour coconut syrup over the finished pancakes and sprinkle with shavings if desired
