Grilled Bull Testicles

Crispy on the outside, incredibly tender and tasty on the inside — give it a try! A simple recipe for an unusual dish, perfect for a cookout with friends. Known in the U.S. as "Rocky Mountain oysters," they have a surprisingly pleasant, one-of-a-kind flavor. And of course the dish always raises a few eyebrows — but thanks to that amazing, savory aroma off the grill, just about everyone ends up giving it a taste.

    1. Wash the bull testicles, make a careful incision, and peel off the tough outer membrane. 2. Score the surface of each one in a crosshatch pattern. 3. Make the marinade by mixing together the mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 4. Coat the testicles all over with the marinade, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and leave overnight in the refrigerator. 5. Grill for 5 minutes per side, until crisp and golden. That's it — enjoy!
