Cooking method
1. Sort the rice, rinse, put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
2. Pour the rice with cold water, add salt.
3. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook the rice for about 10 minutes until all the liquid evaporates. Do not open the lid often so that steam does not escape. Do not stir the rice! Do not add water, otherwise the rice will stick together. He should prepare as if for a couple. After all the liquid has evaporated, remove the pan from the heat and let it stand under the lid for 5-6 minutes.
