Mushroom Secret Salad

You'll be won over by how simple — yet deep — this "mushroom secret" is! The way all the ingredients come together gives it a special flavor that completely won me over. I made this salad for the first time and had no regrets: everyone loved the new taste. The delicate flavor of the mixed mushrooms — fresh and pickled — was a wonderful surprise; the two kinds turn out to pair beautifully. The eggs fried right in with the mushrooms and onion look unusual and appealing, the cheese wraps it all in mystery, and the sour cream ties it together. The salad is just fantastic — everyone in my family and all my guests loved it. I highly recommend making it; you won't be disappointed!
