So, let's start cooking, first we thoroughly wash the spinach. Let the water drain, and leave the spinach to dry a little. Then we put it in a salad bowl. Then we need to make a sauce: mix vinegar with crushed garlic cloves and add allspice and nutmeg to taste. Separately fry the bacon in a frying pan so that it becomes brown and crispy.
Just before serving this dish, pour spinach with our sauce, add bacon with part of the fat and mix with a wooden spoon. Then we decorate our dish with walnuts (optional). A very tasty and healthy salad. Bon appetit!
