This cooking recipe can be used absolutely anywhere and to any table. Brazilian cuisine is able to satisfy the hunger of even the most enraged "eater". The food will appeal to everyone!
The first step is to soak the salted cod overnight in milk or water together with a bay leaf. Next, boil for 10-15 minutes and proceed to the separation of bones. Next, you need to mash the boiled fish, season it with salt and pepper, add the zest of two lemons, as well as mint and chopped parsley. The penultimate step is the addition of mashed potatoes, eggs, chopped chili pepper to fish. Next, mix and sculpt the cutlets, roll them in flour. The final stage is considered to be deep-frying cutlets.
