So, let's get started. We process the chicken, clean it from feathers, wash it and cut it into portions. Chop the onion. We do not peel the eggplants, we cut them into circles. Remove the film from the tomatoes (put the tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of seconds and cool - the skin will easily separate) and cut into cubes, and the potatoes into cubes. Fragrant greens are thoroughly crushed.
Now you can put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan. We do this in layers: first we lay out pieces of chicken, on them – circles of eggplant, potatoes, chopped onions, cubes of tomatoes. We cover the top with herbs. Salt, pepper, pour water and put it to cook under a closed lid until ready.
