Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare this dessert, first measure the required amount of gelatin and fill it with water.
Step 2:
Let it stand for 20 minutes so that it swells.
Step 3:
Let the strawberries lie down for a while so that they melt. Cut it into pieces with a sharp knife. It is convenient to cut it when it has not completely melted. Do not drain the juice, but add it to the chopped berries. Then add sugar to the sliced strawberries and put on fire. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, as strawberries can be both sour and sweet. And you can do without it if you use honey or sweetener.
Step 4:
Bring the strawberries to a boil and remove from the heat. There is no need to add any liquid, since when heated, strawberries will release juice and there will be enough liquid. Add the swollen gelatin to the strawberries. Stir until it is completely dissolved. I like to leave strawberries in pieces, but if you don't like it that way, then you can grind it with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
Step 5:
Pour the hot, strawberry mass into the prepared cremans and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. During this time, the jelly will harden and you can help yourself. Fragrant strawberry dessert is ready! When serving, you can decorate with whipped cream. Have a nice strawberry treat!
