Cooking method
First we prepare garlic oil:
1. Peel the garlic and put it in the bowl of a blender.
2. Pour vegetable oil (100 ml).
3. Whisk everything together with a blender.
Now let's prepare sesame sauce:
4. Peel the ginger root. Cut it into large pieces.
5. Pour sesame seeds into a saucepan. You do not need to lubricate it with oil.
6. Fry sesame seeds over medium heat until they start to turn yellow. Stir constantly.
7. Add sugar to sesame seeds, fry everything together until the sugar begins to melt, not forgetting to stir.
8. Pour in 2 tablespoons of garlic oil, mix.
9. Now pour soy sauce, keep on fire, stirring, 4-5 minutes (until the sauce becomes homogeneous).
10. Put ginger in the sauce and boil everything together for 5-7 minutes (the sauce will start to thicken).
Let's move on to the main stage of cooking this dish:
11. Peel carrots and zucchini and cut into long thin strips with a special device or an ordinary knife.
12. Boil the noodles for 8 minutes, discard in a colander.
13. While the noodles are boiling, add salt and pepper to the pre-washed and dried chicken breasts with paper towels. The skin can be removed or not removed (to your taste).
14. Heat a frying pan with 50 ml of vegetable oil, put chicken breasts on it. Fry on both sides until tender.
15. Preheat a saucepan with 50 ml of vegetable oil, put carrots and zucchini in it. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes (the fire is strong).
16. Put the noodles in the vegetables. Without ceasing to stir, fry everything together for 1 minute.
17. Pour in the sesame sauce (leave part for watering the finished dish), mix and keep on fire for half a minute.
18. Arrange the noodles in the sauce on serving plates, cut the finished breast into pieces, put them to the noodles.
19. Pour the leftover sesame sauce over the breast.
Serve the finished dish to the table hot.
Bon appetit!
