Step 1:

Step 7:
Roll each tortilla into a tube and put it on top of the sauce in a baking dish with seams down, tightly to each other.
Step 8:
Add the second part of the sauce on top and cover with grated cheese and chopped cilantro. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts (it will boil). Calculate the time according to your oven.
Step 9:
That's it, the enchiladas are ready. The dish is spicy, so it is better to serve it with sour cream sauce.
