Cooking method
I suggest cooking trifles with bananas.
First of all, you need to prepare a biscuit. In general, you can use absolutely any biscuit, but I prefer the classic one.
To make a sponge cake, combine the eggs with sugar and whisk into a fluffy, stable mass. Then gently stir in the sifted flour and a pinch of soda.
Due to the whipped pomp, the biscuit should be baked well anyway, but I try to be safe and add just a little soda.
Put the finished dough in a baking dish and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, cool it and let it lie down. You can leave it overnight.
To prepare trifles, you can cut out mugs of the required size from a biscuit. But it is most convenient to grind a biscuit in a blender.
To prepare the filling, take heavy cream with a fat content of at least 33%. Combine them with powdered sugar and whisk into a fluffy cream.
Break bananas into pieces and mash with a fork. It is not necessary to mash much, let small pieces remain. Pour a little lemon juice over the bananas so that they do not darken.
Mix half of the buttercream with the mashed bananas.
Prepare the cups for the trifles. I recommend using disposable, transparent plastic ones.
Put a little banana filling on the bottom of the cups with the first layer. Then lay out a layer of sponge cake and press it a little with a spoon so that it is tight.
Then repeat the layers - again the banana layer and the sponge cake layer.
Make a cream cap on top of the last layer. Use the remaining half of the whipped cream.
For a beautiful top, you will need a pastry bag with the necessary nozzle.
Put the finished trifles in the refrigerator for a few hours. During this time, the sponge cake will be soaked, and the cream will harden and they will become very tasty and tender.
And you can decorate the top of the desserts to your liking. To do this, you can use fruits, berries or sweets.
Have a nice treat!
