Turkey kebab in cranberry honey marinade

1. Put all the ingredients for the marinade in the bowl of a blender, grind until smooth.
2. Rinse the chilled turkey, dry it and cut it into medium pieces. Fill the meat with marinade and leave to marinate for 1.5 – 2 hours, preferably overnight. If the soy sauce is not very salty, add salt to the meat.
3. String the already marinated turkey on wooden skewers and fry until tender. You can cook such a barbecue on a grill pan, an aerogrill, with the help of a multi-baker or in the oven.
You can serve shish kebab with your favorite sauces, but meat soaked only with marinade is very tasty in itself.
