Prepare the ingredients:
- peel the banana, knead it into a mush with a fork;
- grate the apple;
- finely chop dried fruits;
- we also chop nuts;
- chop the tangerine (you can use an immersion blender).
Mix all the prepared ingredients with oat flakes, add cinnamon to taste. We line the baking dish with parchment, put the resulting mass into it and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. It will take about 45 minutes (with a powerful oven - half an hour, focus on the ruddy crust).
Cut the mass into pieces and help yourself!
