Baked plums with leavened wort and honey filling

Cooking method
1. Wash the plums, cut in half and remove the stone. Then we cut each half lengthwise into two parts.
2. In a bowl, combine wort, honey, sugar, lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and nutmeg, mix well.
3. We spread the plums in a uniform layer in a baking dish and pour the prepared mixture. Spread cinnamon sticks on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. In the baking process, mix the plums twice.
5. We serve the dessert warm, putting ice cream slices on top.
