Raspberry Pie the recipe is for your attention. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Grease the baking dish with 2 tablespoons of butter.
For the cake, mix the oats, sugar, flour and salt, add walnuts. Gradually add the butter and mix until smooth butter crumbs.
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into cubes. Add raspberries, sugar, flour, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Put the filling in an even layer in a baking dish. Pour the butter-oatmeal crumbs on top of the fruit and distribute evenly.
Bake on medium level in the oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
For serving, the pie can be decorated with whipped cream or ice cream.
