Classic cheesecake without baking

Cooking method

1. Oatmeal cookies are turned into small crumbs using a blender or rolling pin, if the cookies are very soft, you can crumble them with your hands.

2. Pour gelatin into a bowl, pour cold water, let it swell.

3. Melt butter in the microwave, combine with crumbs, add sugar, mix.

4. Put the resulting mass in a deep bowl or in a salad bowl, tamp it with a tablespoon.

5. Dissolve the coffee in a small amount of water (100 ml is enough), melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath or in a microwave. Combine gelatin with coffee, mix.

6. We rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, put it in a separate container, add yogurt and a mixture of coffee with gelatin to the cottage cheese, beat everything thoroughly with a blender.

7. Pour the resulting curd-coffee souffle into a bowl with oatmeal crumbs and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

Decorate the dessert to taste and serve it on the table.
