Step-by-step cooking
Often we all have a desire not to bother cooking complex recipes, but to cook something easy and fast. I like to season such food with a variety of sauces. Here is one of them: nutmeg with kefir – has an incomparable aroma and a light unobtrusive taste.
To prepare this sauce, it is necessary to beat fat kefir with olive mayonnaise with a mixer. Add to it a few pinches of salt, a mixture of peppers, a little dry paprika and nutmeg. Whisk everything well. In the absence of kefir, you can use sour cream, it will not affect the taste much.
Onion feathers are washed with parsley and basil. Dry and finely chop. Add to the sauce and mix. You can also add a few leaves of arugula and pickles to this sauce, but this is optional and for an amateur.
The sauce is very well suited to pasta, as well as for fish and poultry dishes.
