Step 1:
First of all, with a plastic knife, we thinly chop the bok choy - leaves and stems. They have a different texture and this will make the salad more interesting. We use a plastic knife to preserve vitamin C.
Step 2:
Add Chinese sprouts to the cabbage
Step 3:
Chop a bunch of coriander leaves. Cilantro or coriander is the second most popular seasoning in the world after basil. Now rub the greens with a pinch of coarse Himalayan salt - this will fully reveal its flavor.
Step 4:
We rub a piece of fresh ginger root (2 cm) and a clove of garlic to get the juice. Here we also add finely chopped red chili peppers without seeds. If you don't want sharpness, add sweet pepper. Stir all the ingredients of the sauce with olive oil - it smells so appetizing))!
Step 5:
Fill the salad with sauce and decorate with chopped peanuts. Naturally, you can use any other types of nuts or seeds for decoration.
