Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a salad of cucumbers, mushrooms, cheese? Take the products from the list. You can take any mushrooms: salted, pickled, fried. Wash the vegetables and eggs and dry them with napkins. Any mayonnaise is suitable here, including lean. Boil the egg hard-boiled.
Step 2:
If you have cucumbers with thick or bitter peel, peel it. Then cut the cucumber into thin strips, chop the peeled carrots with feathers, grate the cheese.
Step 3:
Cut the boiled egg into cubes.
Step 4:
In a suitable salad bowl, start picking the salad. We have it layered, so we start laying out layers. The first layer is egg. Place the diced egg on the bottom of the salad bowl. Keep in mind that the alternation of layers here is conditional - you can lay them out in a different way, as you like. Or you can just mix all the ingredients and season everything with mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Place chopped or whole small pickled mushrooms on top of the egg.
Step 6:
Apply a mayonnaise mesh to the mushrooms.
Step 7:
Now put a layer of cucumbers in the salad bowl.
Step 8:
On top of cucumbers - thin feathers of raw carrots.
Step 9:
Apply the mayonnaise mesh again.
Step 10:
Cover the surface with grated cheese.
Step 11:
Decorate the salad with fresh herbs and a whole mushroom. I was preparing a portioned layered salad, but you can spread it on a common dish.
Step 12:
A beautiful and spectacular salad with cucumber, mushrooms, cheese is ready. Enjoy your meal!
How do I know if an egg is fresh? Break it into a separate container. First of all, there should be no unpleasant smell. The protein of fresh eggs will be transparent and clean. The yolk should not spread and will be shiny, convex, homogeneous.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
