Bright, hearty, nutritious salad with the taste of okroshka. Bahor salad is a dish of Uzbek cuisine. The salad turns out to be satisfying because of the meat component of the recipe. In the original, boiled beef or lamb meat is added to the salad, but for an everyday table it can be replaced with sausage. The beautiful palette of lettuce color resembles the bright patterns on the fabrics of Uzbek folk craftsmen. The salad is prepared simply, you just need to chop all the ingredients and mix. Let's make a Bahor salad with sausage, and I'm sure it will become a favorite among your recipes.
