Spread the salad in layers:
Put the boiled and smoked sausage, cut into strips, lightly press with a spoon, lubricate with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, lightly seasoned with mayonnaise. Put tomatoes on top, cut in semicircles. Lubricate with mayonnaise with garlic (through a press).
Cut the eggplant into circles, sprinkle with salt and leave for a few minutes to release the juice. Then rinse and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Put the eggplants on a napkin to remove excess fat. Put the eggplant slices in a salad bowl and lightly spread with mayonnaise (you can use garlic).
Sprinkle cheese grated on a fine grater on top and make a lattice of mayonnaise. Decorate with pieces of walnuts, grapes.
