Pour boiling water over the poppy for 30 minutes. Then strain it and grind it in a blender.

In a blender, beat the yolks with sugar.

Then add the poppy seeds and the zest of half an orange, beat well again.

Add flour and beat the dough.

Beat the whites to stable peaks and gently, in several steps, mix them into the dough with a spoon.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, pour out the dough, flatten it to make a rectangle, and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Turn the biscuit onto a clean sheet of baking paper, and the paper on which it was baked must be removed.

Wrap the roll along the long side of the biscuit together with the paper.

Beat the cream of cottage cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar.

Unwrap the biscuit, cut it into 4 parts, trying to make the width of the strips the same, lubricate all the strips with cream.

Take the greased strips in turn and roll the snail out of the strips, not pressing hard so that the cream does not squeeze out.

Put the cake preparation in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

Melt the chocolate broken into pieces with cream in a water bath.
Grease the sides of the cake with dark glaze. Decorate with mushroom cookies. Sprinkle the base of the hemp with ground pumpkin seeds.
