Tomato sauce for barbecue

This spicy sauce will help you to know the true taste of shish kebab! Awesome barbecue sauce is obtained from this culinary recipe of Georgian cuisine. Dipping fried pieces of meat into it, be it pork or beef, is a real pleasure. By the way, the amount of fresh herbs in this recipe can be changed according to your own tastes and preferences. And instead of black ground pepper, add red and so on. In addition, I personally sometimes add finely chopped onions to this sauce.

One more detail: the sauce is suitable not only for barbecue, but also for fried meat or chicken in general. Chicken tobacco with this – the food is even more delicious and appetizing.
In general, we need to take a very high-quality and fresh tomato paste. I usually use bright red with a pleasant aroma of tomatoes. Maroon tomato paste is absolutely not suitable for us. First, we dilute the tomato paste with water, salt it, squeeze out the garlic. Garlic can be put more or less – to taste. We pour black or red pepper, put the adjika, focusing again on our own taste.
Then finely chop well-washed fresh parsley, cilantro, dill. Mix the greens with the sauce. If desired, add onion to the sauce.
