  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

A fresh pork neck is needed for a barbecue according to this recipe, which I happened to learn in a Czech village. For the marinade, take the following spices: ginger, black pepper, paprika, coriander. And also 2 onions and a lemon. And necessarily unfiltered beer. I always take beer"Goat", as I was advised.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cut the meat into pieces - such as you like.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Cut onion and lemon into rings. Add spices, onions, lemon to the meat and pour everything with beer. Mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for one hour to marinate.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

As the shish kebab is marinated, kindle the coals in the grill or on the fire.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

And while the coals are heating up, string the meat, onion and lemon on skewers.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

As the coals flare up, spread the barbecue on them.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

And fry for 20 minutes, turning and pouring beer over the kebab. The combination of lemon with unfiltered beer will give the barbecue a unique unforgettable taste according to this recipe! It is even more pleasant to use this kebab again with unfiltered beer. Bon appetit and an unforgettable vacation.
