Step 1:
For a barbecue according to this recipe, take 1.5 kg of fresh veal. And also for the marinade: 4 onions, 300 ml of sparkling water, ground black and red peppers, bay leaf, paprika, coriander 1 teaspoon each. Salt to taste.
Step 2:
Cut the meat into portions. Choose the size as desired. I like medium-sized pieces, so I cut them. It came out on 6 skewers.
Step 3:
Season with chopped onion and salt to taste. Mix everything, crushing the onion to let the juice flow. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Spread the spices and pour sparkling water. You send it to the refrigerator for 6-8 hours to marinate.
Step 5:
Kindle the firewood and, while they are burning, string the barbecue on skewers.
Step 6:
As the firewood burns down, spread the barbecue on the coals.
Step 7:
Fry for 15-20 minutes, turning the skewers.
Step 8:
