The finished dough can be used immediately, or you can give it a rest, I have it coming while I'm cooking the filling. I have enough for either one very large, or two medium ones.
According to the recipe in the original, Yeast can be 10-15 g. fresh, warm water 125-150 (I immediately pour 150)
First mix the dry ingredients at 1 speed, then add the liquid ones. Mix briefly first at 1 speed, then at 2 for 1-2 minutes. The finished dough can be used immediately or it can be infused as usual in a warm place.
