1. Activate yeast: pour sugar and yeast into a glass of warm water, mix and leave for 15 minutes until it foams (a sign that yeast has been activated).
2. In a large bowl, sift flour, salt and add dry dill, mix, make a depression in the middle, pour activated yeast, olive oil there.
Put the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, then knead it for 8-10 minutes, until it becomes soft and elastic.
3. Put it in a bowl greased with olive oil, cover with a towel, put it in a warm place, let it rise twice (it will take about 1-1.5 hours).
The dough is ready and can be used for its intended purpose.
