Cooking method
1. Pour beer, vegetable oil and wine vinegar into a deep bowl, mix.
2. In the resulting mixture, add mustard, liquid honey, mix with a hand whisk until smooth.
3. Salt and pepper the marinade.
Beef should be marinated for at least an hour, and preferably longer. The marinade should completely cover the meat, otherwise the piece should be turned over every half hour during the entire marinating time.
