Step 1:
How to make homemade marshmallows on pectin? First of all, we prepare the necessary products. Strawberries can be replaced with any other berries or fruits.

To prepare strawberry puree, pre-rinse well and cut three hundred grams of fresh strawberries into a blender cup.
Step 3:
Grind the berry with a blender to the state of strawberry puree.

Put the cooked strawberry puree in a saucepan placed on the stove.

Pour one hundred grams of sugar into a saucepan with mashed potatoes and, stirring, bring the strawberry puree to a boil over medium heat of the stove.

Beat all the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until fluffy and smooth berry mass.

Pour the prepared sugar syrup in a thin stream into a bowl with berry mass and mix all the ingredients together until a homogeneous thick mass for five minutes.
Step 15:
Pour three grams of citric acid into a common bowl and continue to beat all the ingredients well until smooth berry mass.
Step 16:
Take a pastry bag and fill it with cooked berry mass.
Step 17:
Squeeze the cooked berry mass onto parchment and form marshmallows.
Step 18:
Leave the marshmallows formed on the parchment to dry for ten to twelve hours.

After a while, sprinkle the marshmallows on top with a mixture of starch and powdered sugar.
