Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
1.CAKE. First of all, we will grind our cookies into small crumbs in a blender.
Step 2:
2. We put the oil out of the refrigerator for 30 seconds. put it in the microwave so that it melts.
Step 3:
3. From the very beginning, it is better to mix all the dry ingredients: cookies, sugar, cocoa and zest.
Step 4:
4. Add oil to our dry mixture. Mix thoroughly. If it seems to you that the mass is dry, then you can add a small amount of heavy cream. The resulting mass should resemble plasticine . We put it in a baking dish and distribute it evenly over the bottom and walls. In order for the mass to harden, we put it in the refrigerator.
Step 5:
5 FILLING . In the meantime, let's do the stuffing. Add a pinch of salt to the eggs and beat them until smooth.
Step 6:
6. Next , we need to whisk mascarpone , the remaining sugar, vanilla and eggs in a blender . The main thing is not to overdo it so that our mascarpone does not turn into butter .
Step 7:
7. While we were preparing the filling, the cake hardened. Now we will distribute the filling on the surface of the cake, sprinkle with crushed white chocolate on top. Put the cheesecake in the oven for 30 minutes. at 180C. But that's not all, after 30 min. we'll turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake there to cool for an hour.
Step 8:
8. Everything is ready dear friends! Decorate to your taste. Source Old Sam
Today we will prepare a popular dessert - cheesecake. The plan was to make cheesecake like in a Chocolate Maker, but something went wrong and it turned out... Well, let's just say it almost turned out!
In general, I've always been interested in how to cook cheesecake - it looks so difficult, but even this experiment showed that this dessert is very easy to prepare if you know how to approach it, because the taste turned out fine. We have already moved on to baking, and we are planning to try to make a real cake, and such a cottage cheese pie (probably) seemed to me an excellent first step.
We got such a wonderful curd dessert. Yes, we have cookies in the cake, and mascarpone cream cheese in the filling. But the principle of cooking is similar to a cottage cheese dessert, and maybe even a cottage cheese casserole somewhere nearby.
