Cooking method
1. Butter is softened in the microwave.
2. Pour sugar into the softened butter, rub with a whisk until smooth.
3. Break the eggs into the bowl of the mixer, pour the milk, whisk.
4. Combine the egg-milk mass with sweet butter, mix.
5. In a separate bowl, sift the flour together with baking powder, add a little lemon juice and salt, pour out the previously prepared mixture of liquid ingredients.
6. Beat the dough with a mixer. It turns out smooth, homogeneous.
Bake Viennese waffles in an electric waffle iron.
