Salad cocktail with cheese shrimp and pineapple

Salad looks beautiful in glasses and cream bowls! I was preparing this salad for the New Year's table. It turned out to be a very successful combination of all the ingredients. Tomato-mayonnaise sauce gives the salad a special piquancy.
