Meat becomes more delicious and tender if it is previously pickled. There are many ways to do this. For myself, I discovered a wonderful recipe for marinade in the Mediterranean style. It is cooked quickly and easily, and the meat turns out very tasty and beautiful.
To prepare the marinade, you need to mix wine vinegar, lemon juice, spices, squeezed garlic and salt. Next, whipping the mixture, gradually add the olive oil. Cool the resulting mass in the refrigerator in a closed container. Beef cut into steaks, pour the cooled marinade. It is better to leave the meat to marinate for a day. Cook steaks on the grill. To form a golden crust, lubricate the meat with marinade for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
