Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken legs and put them in a bowl of a slow cooker.
2. Wash the green onions, cut into large pieces 4-5 cm long.
3. Peel the ginger, cut in half.
4. Add onion and ginger to the chicken.
5. Pour water so that its level is several cm higher than the chicken. Do not need too much water, otherwise the soup will not taste too rich.
6. Add a little salt. There is no need for a large amount of salt - it is better to add more salt at the end if necessary.
7. Turn on the "Soup" mode, the time is one hour. The meat should become very soft, literally not stick to the bones.
8. Try the broth, add salt if necessary.
Serve the soup with sprigs of fresh cilantro.
