Cooking method
1. We put the butter in a small saucepan, send it to medium heat, melt it to a liquid state.
2. Pour the flour, cook continuously stirring with a whisk until thickened.
3. Pour the broth, mix until smooth, then add cream.
4. Bring the soup to a boil and cook, stirring continuously until thickened.
5. Remove the soup from the heat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on the table decorated to taste, for example with mushrooms and herbs. It can be served with croutons and cabbage pies.
