How to make a classic Olivier salad with fresh cucumbers?

1. Wash carrots and potatoes. There is no need to clean them. Put the vegetables to boil.

2. In a separate saucepan, boil the eggs.

3. Wait for the carrots, potatoes and eggs to cool down.

4. At this time, cut the sausage and fresh cucumbers into small cubes.

5. Cut potatoes, carrots, and eggs into the same cubes.

6. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the green peas and salt. Mix everything well.

7. Season the salad with mayonnaise.

Olivier is ready and it can be served to the table. Or put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Bon appetit!

It's better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
