Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First we need to cook chicken broth. By the way, if you don't like chicken, then you can cook any other broth, including vegetable broth. To be honest, I didn't cook chicken broth, I already had it ready. And in general, I think everyone will cook the broth the way he wants. And cooking everything else takes 5-7 minutes. I decided not to take onion and lemon, I took garlic and a little parsley.
Step 2:
Peel and finely chop the avocado.
Step 3:
Pour the avocado, garlic and herbs into the hot broth and whisk it all with a blender.
Step 4:
Warm up the milk, pour milk and cream into the base puree and whisk again. It turns out a homogeneous slightly frothy puree. Serve immediately.
In order for the soup not to darken, it should be eaten immediately after cooking.
If desired, you can add a medium-sized chopped chicken or other meat from which you cooked the broth to the soup.
If you like soup hot, then it can be heated in a saucepan or in a microwave oven. Try not to bring it to a boil.
As you can see, the recipe for making avocado soup is nothing particularly complicated. The main thing is to have the necessary products and a blender at hand.
