You have no idea how many different crab salads with mushrooms there are! To find this simple but delicious culinary recipe, I had to cook several dozen crab salads with and without mushrooms. I must say – mushrooms give a zest to the salad, I'm sorry for the pun.
Preparing a salad is simple, although it takes a little time. But you can have time to cook dessert or snacks. Such food is quite enough for a light dinner or snack.
To begin with, peel the onion, cut into cubes and lightly fry it in a frying pan, then add the chopped mushrooms. Personally, I always try to cut smaller onions, but for crab salad with mushrooms, it's better to cut simple cubes. I do not advise taking salad onions – white onion perfectly sets off the taste of crab meat.
Hard-boiled eggs, cheese and crab meat are also cut into cubes and mixed with the cooled onion-mushroom mass. In addition to crab meat, you can use crab sticks or a couple of cans of canned crabs – the salad will not lose its charm. But personally, I like the taste of crab meat more.
